The programme develops participants into empowered, committed leaders with successful leading and managing people. Our program is conducted in an interactive environment which encourages participants to practice the skills needed for positive assertion and learning transfer. We use experiential training methods including role-play, self-assessment, workshops and group exercises to enhance the learning process. Instructors also coach and give feedback to participants during exercises, role-plays and practices.
