On 2 April 2024, we marked a historic milestone in inaugurating chapter of Coaching within Organizations in Thailand, in collaboration with leading Thai and multinational organizations.
We are humbled by the extraordinary support from executives and leaders of Thailand’s and multinational organizations who joined us in celebrating significant milestones and positive impact we have made together throughout over the past years.
AcComm Group – Thailand, in collaboration with our strategic partner “N.E.W.S.® Navigation established in Switzerland with a global presence in 43 countries”, has developed an inaugural award ceremony in Thailand. This event honors organizations that have demonstrably achieved excellence in applying coaching & mentoring to foster organizational growth and sustainability. These organizations share our passion for extending the values and benefits of coaching to everyone in organizations and throughout society.
Our heartfelt congratulations on the successful inaugural of the Thailand NEWS Compass® Global Awards 2024, recognizing 11 Thai and multinational companies in Thailand for their accomplishments in developing sustainable people development through dedicated coaching and mentoring for the new generations of leaders. We also received the honor from Aviad Goz, CVO of N.E.W.S.® Navigation, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the world #1 Executive Coach and Magdalene Mook, CEO of ICF who shared their recognition message and congratulated the winner via VDO recording.

Criteria for Consideration of Excellence in Coaching and Mentoring
1. Providing equal coaching opportunities within the organization to nurture career development, cultivate diverse perspectives, and holistic learning, thereby contributing significantly to both individual growth and organizational advancement.
2. Prioritizing the cultivation of coaching skills in alignment with the International Coach Federation's core coaching competencies. Encouraging executives to integrate coaching into their professional work by enhancing their proficiency in coaching tools within The NEWS Compass® organizational framework.
3. Advocating the importance of coaching and the implementation of mentoring systems to all executives and personnel, encouraging a shared understanding and promoting active engagement for tangible results in both professional productivity and overall workplace satisfaction, and a culture of continuous holistic living.
Criteria for Consideration of NEWS Compass® Global Award - Distinguished Achievement Award in Coaching and Mentoring
In addition to meeting the above criteria, the organizations have also shown the bottom line and strategic results in line with the goals set. The organizations or teams strategically applied NEWS Compass® that created positive impacts to people and organizations.
The organizations support continuous coaching skills and habits development such as encouraging or supporting the executives who have already passed the ICF coaching specific training hours to pursue the International Coaching Federation's credentials.

วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน
เพื่อส่งเสริมและชื่นชมองค์กรที่มีความยอดเยี่ยมในนำการโค้ชและระบบพี่เลี้ยงมาปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ เติบโต ก้าวหน้า และบรรยากาศการทำงานที่มีความสุข
ความเป็นมา
การบริหารองค์กรท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลง และความหลากหลายของบุคลากร เป็นเรื่องท้าทาย บทบาทของผู้บริหาร ผู้นำ และผู้จัดการในทุกระดับในองค์กร เผชิญกับการบริหารผลลัพธ์และบริหารคน ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้มุมมอง ทักษะและเครื่องมือที่แตกต่างไปจากอดีต
องค์กรจะมีความสำเร็จในระยะสั้น ระยะยาว และมีความยั่งยืนได้ จำเป็นต้องอาศัยบุคลากรที่ใส่ใจเรียนรู้และได้รับการพัฒนา อีกทั้งได้รับการสนับสนุนให้เรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง องค์กรที่ดีจึงเน้นการทวีคูณศักยภาพของคน มากกว่าใช้ศักยภาพของคนเพื่อผลงานระยะสั้นเท่านั้น
บทบาทของ Leader as Coach และ Manager as Coach หรือผู้นำที่สามารถโค้ชได้ จึงทวีความสำคัญในปัจจุบัน เพราะการโค้ช หากทำอย่างถูกต้อง สามารถช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในตัวคนได้ ช่วยให้ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรปรับตัวเชิงรุกต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และยุทธศาสตร์ของธุรกิจที่มีการปรับบ่อยขึ้น และยังเป็นการเตรียมผู้นำรุ่นถัดไป ให้มีความพร้อมที่จะสานต่อหรือเพิ่มพูนความสำเร็จขององค์กร ในระยะยาวอีกด้วย

ในงานมอบรางวัลเมื่อวันที่ 2 เมษายน ที่ผ่านมานี้ มีการส่งคำแสดงความยินดีและคำชื่นชมเป็นพิเศษ มาจากผู้ที่มีชื่อเสียงในด้านการโค้ชในระดับโลก เช่น
ดร. มาแชล โกลด์สมิท (Marshall Goldsmith) โค้ชผู้บริหารอันดับหนึ่งของโลก และ แมกดาลีน่า มู๊ค (Magdalena Mook) CEO ของ International Coaching Federation (ICF) และ ดร. เอเวียด ก๊อซ (Aviad Goz) CVO จาก N.E.W.S.® Navigation
