เป็นครั้งแรกของสตรีจากประเทศไทย และโค้ชผู้บริหารและวิทยากรสอนการโค้ช คนแรกจากประเทศไทย ที่ได้รับเกียรตินี้และได้รับการบันทึกไว้ในฐานะ หนึ่งในห้าสิบคน โดย Thinkers50 ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรอิสระ ที่มีชื่อเสียงในระดับสากล และเป็นองค์กรที่น่าเชื่อถือที่สุดในโลก ในการจัดอันดับนักคิดในด้านการบริหารจัดการ ได้รับการขนานนามว่า The Oscars of Management Thinkers
