ดร.มาแชล โกลด์สมิท (Marshall Goldsmith) โค้ชผู้บริหารระดับสูงและผู้ที่ได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็นนักคิดด้านพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ อันดับหนึ่งของโลก ได้ก่อตั้งกลุ่ม MG 100 (Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches) ซึ่ง ดร.โกลด์สมิทเรียกว่า กลุ่ม Talent ในด้านการโค้ชและพัฒนาผู้บริหาร โดยมีวัตุประสงค์ในการรวมตัวกัน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนและแบ่งปันความรู้และข้อมูลที่ทันกาลในการโค้ชและการพัฒนาผู้บริหาร และพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ โดยใช้ชื่อโครงการว่า Pay-it-forward Project
มีผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการจากทั่วโลกมากถึงหนึ่งหมื่นหกพันคน
ดร.อัจฉรา จุ้ยเจริญ เป็นโค้ชผู้บริหารและผู้สอนทักษะการโค้ชให้ผู้นำ แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย ที่ได้รับเชิญจาก ดร.มาแชล โกลด์สมิท ให้เข้าร่วมเป็นหนึ่งในร้อยคนของโครงการนี้
กลุ่ม MG 100 มีการประชุมวิชาการและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลความรู้ต่างๆอยู่เสมอ ตัวอย่างเช่น MG 100 Coaches Conference ซึ่งในงานประชุมครั้งนี้ได้จัดขึ้นที่ World Bank - Washington, D.C., USA โดยมีประธานของ World Bank Group ในขณะนั้น - Dr. Jim Kim ให้เกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพในงานประชุม
